Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

General Redemption Terms

​

• Customers must complete four qualifying services to receive one complimentary service.

• The four qualifying services may be completed during a single visit or across multiple visits within one year.

• The complimentary service must be redeemed during the same visit as the fourth qualifying service, when applicable.

• The complimentary service includes one standard service from the eligible service list.

• The loyalty card may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Limitations and Exclusions

The complimentary service does not include the following:

​

• Stack line services from roofs

• Custom jobs or specialty projects

• Preventive maintenance plans

• Complex commercial work

• Emergency or after-hours services

• Excavation or pipe replacement services

Additional limitations

​

• The loyalty card is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• The loyalty card is valid only for the property address where it was first used.

General Conditions

​

• Lost or damaged loyalty cards will not be replaced.

• All qualifying services must be completed within the one-year validity period.

• The complimentary service must be scheduled during standard business hours.

• USA Jetting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
